I think young people from the boomer generation were focused on changing institutions, and today’s generation wants to work directly, in a hands-on way, changing people’s lives. They don’t want be intermediated by institutions, much less take the time to change them. They want to have direct access to change in an immediate way … that changes a life directly.’’
